SS Providence, Portugal to US - Commission

The Providence was part of the Fabre Line that sailed back in the 1920s between Portugal, Italy and Providence RI to bring immigrants to the US and family members back to their home countries for visits.  This painting was a commission done from black and white post cards in docs and imagines out at sea.
