Passing Storm at Topsail

The storm clouds can roll in and out quickly, bringing in the sun.  The still-wet sand and sea oats are blowing around in the brisk wind left in the storm's wake.  The rain can be seen across the water but the sun on the stairs still welcomes someone to come down and listen to the waves.
